Root need help someone anyone plz

Hay i did every thing IT said in the NEWBIEs guide but ntn works
modle number : Lg-ms910
android version : 2.3.4
baseband version : Ms910zvd-m7x30-aabbqmlym-4040
kernel :2.6.35.7-perf
build num: Gingerbrad
sw version: Ms910zvd
hw version :rev.1.1


plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help i cant get my phone rooted i have every download (cwm.touch.6.0.1.1) (cwr) like i dont kno wen the black screen come up it jus says (daemon not running starting it now )
then it says (daemon started successfully ) and doesnt move from there its been like and hour help plz
it saying this :

First of all, calm down. We'll fix it.
Can you please tell me in an orderly fashion what is going/went wrong.

Right now im confused
i have been trying to root my phone but i really dont kno y its nt rooting i followed the steps but still ntn i have the cwr files and the cwm files too
bt wen the black window pops up it stay at daemon started successfully
 
yea they installed correctly cuz wen i try to updated the program tell me up to date dont need to updated so i guess that mean they installed correctly ?????

did you enable adb debbugging in applications/development on device settings? install the adb drivers to your pc and then connect your device to pc as "internet connection" wait a few seconds for the drivers to install the device and then try rooting again :D

wen i do command prompt and check if my device is connected it says offline help im stuck

run 'adb kill-server'

than

'adb start-server'

than

'adb remount'

if nothing, than you need to re-install adb drivers and make sure device is in proper-ready state

ok so it say adb is not recognized as a internal or external command, operable program or batch file ???

yes it is in usb debugging i tryied it again and say the same thing is say internet connection and also USB debugging connected so i dont kno wat to do

open up the command promp or go to search and type in cmd. next type in adb devices, it should give you some numbers, take a screen shot or use snipping tools to get the pic and upload it.

yup, that is good!! that means adb works.. so now run that AIO!! the folder with 'run.bat'

it should reboot your phone like 3 times , then you can install CWM from rom manager

wen i run it it say this
it say the same thing as before daemon started successfully but still not moving from tht point
