I'm having issues as well with wifi. I've owned my phone for a couple of months now (beginning of august). My issue is I can go weeks with my phone connecting fine to wifi (home, work, anywhere), then all of a sudden, I turn on wifi, instead of it scanning for available connections, it flashes "unable to scan networks" twice at the bottom of the screen, then it shuts the wifi off again. This is the second time I've encountered it. First time, I contacted both Samsung and Bell, both of whom said "that is not our dept's issue" and directed me to each other. Then I was advised to send it in for repair (up to a few weeks)..I had owned the phone for just over a month! (of course, they exchange in store up till 30 days). I ended up finding a very smart mobile phone sales guy here in town who fixed it. Not sure what he did, and intend on visiting him again, but wonder if anyone else has encountered this, and if so, what are they doing for a solution? Thanks
