Help need help transferring tap fish and its data to new phone

I have an infuse and recently got a new infuse and would like to know how to transfer the data of my game tap fish from the old phone to the new phone..

You will need to be rooted to transfer app data. Then use an app like Titanium Backup or similar, and make a backup right before the transfer. Then move the Titanium folder from the old sdcard to the new one and restore onto the new phone.
