Help Need Help Unknown Problem

Well, i downloaded a app that changes my screen side and i put it run on boot when i restarted my phone, i let it restart but when it turns on it stays at "Metro PCS" logo then restart again help PLX :( :confused:
 
Hold the center of your volume key and hold the power til it vibrates. When it vibrates let go of the power but continue to hold the center of your volume key till it takes you to a black screen with white letters. Tap the power button 2-3 times. Itll do a hard reset if you still have the stock recovery (youll lose all your apps and numbers and such but hey your phone should work afterwards) or if you did infact do the AIO itll take you into clockwork recovery
 
hmm i did it but, when i try to go through set-up wizzard, it just restart's and says metro pcs wireless for all over and over...
 
repeat of metro pcs wireless for all untill i do recovery then goes to set up wizard then here are details:

1. try to do wizard phone restart to metro after 2nd step
2. exit able to use phone but only for short time, says insert sim card when it is in
3. unable to use web, call, text
4. all data is cleared except photos, and all other things downloaded, (not apps) picuture downloads and some other files

im thinking it could be because of the build file but idk... :| ive been doing research :P
