Need Help...!! unresponsive screen

I bought my Experia mini pro SK17i 3 months ago. and now touch screen is not response, but i still can use the keyboard. Finally i decided to flashing it, but its still on...really need help to solve this problems, because theres not much to do with only that mini keyboard.
 
If you have already tried a software update and still have this problem then the only option left is to get the handset into an authorised repair agent unfortunately.
