Root Need help.. Very confused with Droid rebooting

I have had a few problems lately with my Droid. I had a replacement from Asurion and it started running sooo slowly no matter what ROM/kernel I had on it. I returned it and I have my new one now. It seems to run better than the old one but it keeps having problems that the old one had. It will randomly reboot frequently. It happens much more when it is plugged into my computer to charge. It has rebooted twice while I have typed this. I have no clue what it could be. Any suggestions?
 
When you got the new phone did you set it up exactly same as old? Sounds like its something you are adding to the phones maybe the problem.

Wipe and flash a rom and leave it stock, does it still act up?
 
After trying everything I could think of I just called asurion and told them what was continually happening. They area sending me a droid 2
