need help with Accessibility setting

I have turned on the irritating text to voice from accessibility and now I am unable to return there to shut it off. The female voice thingy will open settings, and states "showing 14 of 34 settings". Since accessibility is at the bottom of the screen, probably around #30, after turning on the voice, I cannot SCROLL, to access the correct setting. I only have access to the first 14 settings on the screen.
Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
Thanks...

Unless there is another way to do it, no. I can go to menu/settings and that's as far as I can go. It seems there must be some secret to scrolling down now, but don't know what it is.

where is the voice dialer on the droid razr maxx? I do know how to use it to open and write a text but have never used it for anything else.

Woo Hoo.. phone back to normal. So I called my Verizon techie and was told that once the Talk Back is activated, it takes two fingers on any screen to use the scroll option. One finger on the left and one on the right.. then pull down or up. (Can you believe that)?

I PROMISE I WILL NEVER TOUCH THE ACCESSIBILITY THINGY AGAIN!!

Thanks BrainZ2013 for all your assistance. :)
