Help Need help with ADW Ex launcher

Where did all the Samsung widgets go? I especially want the Program Monitor widget to show how many apps are running in the background, but I can't figure out how to put it on my desktop using ADW Ex.
 
Well that's irritating.

I found I can access it indirectly as a "custom shortcut", but it just puts a static icon on the screen instead of Program Monitor's display of how many programs are running.

Anyone know of a similar app, or a workaround?
 
You can set it up as a swipe action if you want, ie swipe up on home screen opens program monitor. General behavior/gestures

I rarely pay attention, when I need it I long press home
