Need Help With Boot Looped Phone

Ok here's a link for the adb files. Just unzip the folder ignore the Java file it was some of my tools i was working on awhile back you can delete it. Anyways extract the zip to your desktop. Boot in to recovery and shift and right click on the adb folder, choose open command window here. Then type adb device and let me know if you see anything.

I would advice to just get the mini SDK that @Jfalls63 linked to. Media fire does not do virus checks and they don't show who uploaded it. I would be very wary of downloading that and using it. Ours is trusted.

Ok when you're in the recovery and type , adb devices does it show anything in cmd?
If not does it show in device manager? I'm going to think this one through. I have a Sprint Note Edge i have to work on at the moment.

The device shows when I run 'adb devices', it returns

Code:
List of devices attached
0123456789ABCDEF recovery

In device manager, it is under USB Controllers and it's called "SAMSUNG Android USB Composite Device"

Actually i uploaded it and my files are safe as these are my personal files i use daily... Mediafire in turn does do antivirus checks.

They must have changed then I've heard several complain about having viruses after downloading from them. But that was awhile back.

As far as i see being that you can boot the recovery and it's usable, you can adb push a different rom.
On your Windows 8 PC do you have 2.0 USB ports or are they 3.0 ports? Have you tried a different PC? I know using a different PC is not an option available to all.
Have you tried different usb ports?
Last thing that will help. Boot into download mode and connect the phone. Once connected post a screenshot of your PC's device manager.
