Need Help with Generic Android Tablet

Hello,
I just received my Double Power MD-702 (DOPO) today. When I connect it to my pc the battery indicator moves but I do not get any usb mass storage connection with or without debugging enabled. I am running windows 7 64bit and the device is running android 2.3.1. I have hooked it up to a computer running windows 2000 and it connects perfectly. I have tried downloading several drivers and nothing seems to be working. When I pull up the device manager there is no "other device" option to install the driver to. Please help me if you can.

I don't know how to work this site so if you wont to re post that's fine but I saved.pics to my phone then bought an sd card saved them to that them bought another phone then went to look at photos and they were untimed undated what's up with that
