Help Need help with launcher pro plus

Searched all over...can someone help me get launcherpro running smoothly on my official 2.2 incredible? Scrolling is laggy. Is there a sure way to kill sense launcher? I'm rooted. Can I rename sense lather to a .bak extension?? Can i use a task manager to keep sense launcher from opening??? What memory settings work best? Thanks in advance!

Where are you experiencing lag? I run laucher pro plus without any lag. Are you rooted?

Rooted running the deodexed 8/26 leak. I found out my problem was the app juice plotter. That thing was slowing down my phone a ton
