Root Need help with root

Ive got a new ZTE warp sequent with jelly bean update. Can i root it using doomlords download? Even though it has ICS in the title? If so will i keep my stock jelly bean rom? Thanks,im a noob & dont wanna screw it up

If it says Process was taking too long. Check your drivers? Just let windows install them for you.

Ive tried everything windows wont look for them i know they are on my computer i see the folder myself. Im lost of what to do know
