I'm trying to upload pics to my pc from my phone's memory. When I plug in the usb cord, the phone is not recognized by my pc, and USB connection option does not appear on my phone. Any suggestions?

In the meantime, if you have another cable you can try, some just charge.
Also might try a different port?
