Help Need Help With Samsung Galaxy Light

So I did something that i know probably shouldn't have.
I attempted to root my Samsung Galaxy Light (T-Mobile)
I have a feeling i did it wrong and because of my idiot behind i didn't do a back up

Does anyone please have any idea of how to put it back.
I have the Team Win Recovery Project V 2.7.0.0
if that helps any

Hey just look in the all things root here ( the sub forum) and I made a t mobile 4.2.2 stock ROM that you can flash and with twrp 2.7.0.0 and it's totally stock but it's already rooted
