Root Need help with samsung infuse 4g root

Newbie
I am using the AT&T Samsung Infuse 4g (Gingerbread v2.3.6) i have followed the instructions on the website to root my phone. I downloaded the root.zip and driver.zip from the links provided on theunlockr.com. I extracted them to the desktop letting them name themselves “root” and “drivers.” I went into the drivers folder from my desktop and opened the application kies mini samsung captivate and ran it, restarted my pc, and stil cannot get more than halfway thru the rooting process it gets stuck and says pushing or forcing gingerbreak. i took a pic with my phone if anyone needs to see the screenshot, Any advice will be greatly appreciated. (I can't get passed Step #5)

correction i just made to step #7 by changing the exploit option from gingerbreak to auto. GingerBreak exploit freezes at step #5, And Auto exploit gets me to Step #7 without crashing but it says.... "Shell rooting device...- Step #6 | ShellCommand | 98.32s | [**] Zerg rush - Android 2.2/2.3 local root[**] (C..." "Shell rooting device...-Step #7 | WaitForDevice | 0.03s " then in the right-hand box the last couple of lines say...

mount -o rw,remount /dev/block/stl9 /system > /data/local/tmp/output 2>&1
export TEMPRANDOM=61164
export PS1=END:$TEMPRANDOM;cat /data/local/tmp/output
mount: Operation not permitted
END:61164"

I have no idea what im doing wrong. Please someone help.
