Help need help with samsung prevail!!

hi everyone im new to this android stuff and i have a problem,so i entered cvm on my samsung prevail and got this megs



E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log

can someone please help me? i cant flash any roms or back up anything i hope i havnt bricked my phone

Try reflashing with Odin.

I've tried Odin and that didn't work
