Need help with Snote

I am a new user of snote. I was trying to teach myself how to use the handwriting to text feature but i am having trouble navigating around the screen. the text is all over the place and i cant figure out how you are supposed to get the text to be lined up and in the right location. i was going to send a screen shot but apparently i am not allowed to yet on this forum?

There should be a tool bar with space bar, backspace button, etc. There should be a box icone with a little T in the corner of it with horizontal lines. Tap on it.

Then navigate to the text you want to move or resize. Press and hold on the text and a box around the text should appear. To move it, simply press, hold and move the box and position it to where you want it.

Thank you. That is very helpful. How would i set the cursor to a specific point before i do the handwriting to text option. Do i use the up & down arrows or is there another way?

Before writing, tap on the box with the T and horizontal lines. Then start writing on the spot where you want the box to be in. I think that would position it where you want it.

ok thanks. thats what ive been doing wrong. im writing in the middle of the page & expecting it to appear under the last line that i wrote. Thanks so much. I really appreciate your help

i see how it works a little better now. I'm starting to think that this handwriting to text may be better for taking quick notes such as when you are in a store or something & you want to write down the name of an item you saw rather than writing down things from a meeting.

Your writing can't be that bad to rely on handwriting to text function. Just use it like any other notepad. Just don't write chicken scratches.
