Hey everyone, yesterday I got an Incredible 2 and I LOVE it. But, I have a few issues. I keep on having to force close process com.vzw.hss.myverizon, it doesn't affect what I do on my phone though. Out of curiosity I went to the app (My Verizon) it says there is a new update I need to do first, but when I go to the page in the market, I have auto updates on. How do I update the program if I already have auto updates on and how do I stop this crashing? Also, while I have your attention, is anti-virus necessary? What would you guys recommend as anti-virus?

I recommend doing a factory reset if you can't get the force closes to stop with a reboot.
i use Lookout for antivirus. But you don't necessarily need it. I just choose to use it unless it bogs down my cpu (which it hasn't yet).
Lookout and some other anitivirus software programs also let you regain controll of your phone if you lose it. Pretty cool stuff.
