Help need help with sync

hi all,
i tries searching threads to find an answer before posting but i couldnt find what im looking for. i have a htc one x which is in getting repaired so i am back to using my old htc desire hd. i synced my htc one x before it went in for repair. im now trying to get all the information onto the desire but i dont know how to do it or where the contacts are saved. i looked in gmail but maybe im not looking in the right place. hope somebody can advise me

Hi. If you saved your contacts on Google/GMail, all you have to do is you sign into your Google account on the DHD. Settings > Accounts & Sync > Add Account.
