Need Help with Zedge App ...

I recently got the Zedge App , but whenever I click play on a ringtone , for some reason it doesnt play .. .. I hear nothing ... But I can hear everything else on my phone .. Any ideas of what the problem might be ? :(
 
no idea at all... maybe uninstall it and then reinstall it. You should hear the preview of the ringtone.
