Root Need Help

Ok, So I was rooted running apex 1.3.1. nexolution theme all was good. Well I started getting bad lag and FC'S. I completely panicked and frustrated I used my sbf "2.3.320" and wanted to start fresh. once it was done I had a FC out the gate! So I factory reset and seems to run good, close call.lol Now my question is before I make another move I tried to update the OTA .340 just to see if it would grab it and all it says is I'm up to date! Does being on the leak prevent it from me getting to ota? I know apex will update me to .340 but my bootloader and kernel do not update. Can someone point me in the right direction? And updating the bootloader and kernel still let me use the 2.3.320 sbf if I get into trouble again?

Yes, being on the leak prevents you from getting the OTA. Not a big deal. I don't see any reason (other than rom induced) to worry about getting the update.

If you want to update your kernal, radio, etc, you can use P3droid's update.zip for that.

I've not had to SBF recently, but I have an image/Nandroid of .320 and I've restored it without issue.
