Help Need help!

hey i just got the inspire 4g and the volume when on a phone call will not turn down. I push the side button and it says it is lowering it but the volume stays at the max. WHat can i do to fix this before it busts my ear drum?! THANKS

try a reboot, battery pull, and if neither of those work, a hard reset. If that doesnt work, take it back and get a new one.

Kind of ironic, really. One of the most common complaints about the HTC Inspire is that the volume is too *low*.
