Hello and welcome toNNi.

Try installing Android System Info, free from the Market, and see how much free space you have on your phone's internal memory.

ok. i have 50mb free internal memory but still i am not able to successfuly download app of 18 or 20mb, but i can easy download app of 13mb....?

I guess Android does not allow you to download the apps when there is less memory space. Try moving few apps to the SD card and free up some space on your phone's internal memory

i cant move anything, at least appon my phone doesnt give me that option....
my entire internal memory is just 150mb?...
what else can i do?

go to settings>sd and phone storage>make more space.. here u can clean app cache and also move apps to sd card.. hope this helps

i did that but there are some app that cannot be moved??(i cant move Handcent SMS, adobe flash player, winamp, shazam,... and some more)
so is there something else i can do or this is it?

ok I have enough space now (60mb), but I still cannot dl apps that are more than 15mb big....
