Root Need Help

I'm rooted and want to move on to different ROMS. Had an X and was able to find some good step by step directions about what to do after rooting on the X. I have used and am familiar w/ Titanium Backup and froze bloatware etc. I use to use ROM Manager for X, but have read that should not be used for the TB. SO basically I want to change ROMS and am unsure of what to do next. Thanks.

Boot into recovery manually and flash, instructions are in the how to sticky

rom manager is an app,in a working rom,and thus will not always be available to you. its much more reliable to manually do things in recovery,and will eliminate the moment of panic that you have in a bootloop and not knowing what to do when cause you cant get to rom manager
