Need help

Hi DEBOR. Your easiest route to get your contacts on your new phone will be logging into your google account. They should be backed up there. I'm not certain how you are trying to transfer your contacts from one phone to another. When you say paired I assume bluetooth. I'm not aware of a way to pair two host devices together. I'm sorry I'm of little help. Check out the discussion areas for your phones and perhaps you will find some better help there.

Hey there and welcome to Android Forums. :)

Another thing you could do, export your contacts onto your sd card on old phone, pop sd card into new phone and import them there.
