Help Need Help...

Hey guys. Can i get some help on this i was out last night and check my phone cause i got a text. So put it back in my pocket then check it later and the thing was on my screen that took half the screen and cant find a way to get it off. Cause it stays on the screen the entire time.
Virgin Mobile is my Company
Android Version- 2.2.2
Baseband Version- PR5
Kernel Version- Apps_2.6.32.9-perf
Software Version- 1010_2_039

(Don't wanna factory reset it)

can't tell what it is in that photo, but assuming you've tried a simple reboot first, try a battery pull.

if you have a custom recovery installed you could try booting to that and wipe cache and dalvik.
if not, your only option may be a reset.

one more time though... pull the battery, and hold the power button for a few seconds to drain everything, then try again with your fingers crossed.

He could always reflash stock(or if hes on a rom reflash it) without wiping data.

Maybe, but I have no clue about the status of Rom development for his phone.
