Root Need help!!!

So... I recently moved to sprint and got a S3 and I was going to sell my Esteem, So i went into privacy and reset it but the problem with that is that it's stuck in CWM recovery mode
I've tried reinstalling the rom i was using which was #2 but it's not restarting just goes back to CWM recovery mode
Can it be fixed or should i beat it with a bat?

O o o you did the nono of a lifetime . First put this on your sd card and just flash it and flash back to rom .

Download to sd card and flash in clockworkmod no wipe nothing flash and flash back to rom . ...and may i ask if you want to put the os zvd or u leaving this number 2 ... post back if you need unrooting instructions ..
