Root need idiots guide to cdma

I'm running CT 3.6 fa19 with ej06 phone.tar and have ran the download script for cm and CT. I've downloaded cdma 3.8 demo and seem to be lost on what to do after this. I'd appreciate any help in pointing me in the right direction.

Here is a video I made to show how easy it is. Not a guide or tutorial, but you sound like you already have the files and tools to do it. You have downloaded a script manager?

Yeah I got script manager and my computer is showing my phone on com10 in the port in device manger.

It don't work for me but I am using 3.8.5

I've used this personally to successfully flash PRL's to a few Prevails... I know that it says its for the Precedent but they are pretty similar and it worked for me... Good luck...

change com to 1-6 free version can only access those I think. haven't use since 2.7 tho

Cool, I was wondering if the com port made a difference.

edit: the trial has run up on the version of cdma that I currently have, where can I download a working version of it?

edit: Used the power of Google and got 3.8.5 now back to the self learning lesson, lol.

I'm not sure how to change the port of the phone from com 10 to com 1-6. CDMA is saying Faled....Device not responding. I have it in DM mode using script manager. Not sure what he problem may be. Maybe an older version of CDMA and which version works?
