Ok did u get the ms690.DLL registered and its showing it up in lgnpst?
Ok i am making ms690zv4_26.bin and ms690.dll, push update, and system start update in emergency mode, my steps is right it's normal?

Finally Corporate office talk to me this is warranty and exchange a phone and i have new Lg optimus M

P.S. New Lg opt m vers 2.2.2 very slowly than 2.2.1, example inet 1x sloooooooowwwwwly!!!!!

Happy to hear you were able to exchange your phone, even tho you say it is much slower. But maybe with time you can update and customize it.
