Help Need Kernel Help!!

Hi...couple of questions...

1) where do I get nandroid?

2) i've tried to flash a few different kernels with SGS kernel flasher but keep getting the message: No zimage found in the file! zimage extraction failed! & Kernel flash failed!

phone is rooted and I have clockwork ROM Manager.

Im sure this is probably an easy one...but please let me know.

Nandroid is in the clockworkmod recovery. Just go:

Backup and restore
backup

Now you have a backup in your SD card.
Find it in: [SD Card]\clockworkmod\backup\[date]

*You must have additional space on you SD-Card! At least 300mb
