so i tried to unlock the bootloader but i apparently flashed the v20B instead of v10D but also in the middle of flashing it the lg updater crashed and my computer shut off and well now i cant get my phone of s/w upgrade mode:( i tried hard reseting it but it always boots up to the s/w upgrade mode no matter what buttons i press:( i tried reflashing the v10d kdz but it always when it is on the update tab it always stops at 4% im not sure what to do know :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::(:( can anybody help me :(

My last LG L9 got the security error so I had to do a warranty claim so my phone may be refurbished... But for the one I have I used 20B and it worked.... Try on another computer and start all over with the video. I have windows 8.1 and I got everything to work until the end when your phone is in fast boot... I had to use another computer with a older operating system. Make sure you follow the video exactly as it goes.

Only thing I can tell you is take it to metro and hope it's under warranty tell them a lie like you dropped it and it doesn't turn on now and get a new one, try a hard reset, the unbrick method, Or try following the video starting from scratch on the other computer not the one that crashed and turned off.... The guides are confusing. Use the video, a visual is easier then reading... Do exactly as they guy does. The program says not to unplug the phone or interrupt the process so I'm thinking your going to need a new phone. I'm not sure hope I was at least somewhat helpful... Maybe someone else knows how to fix this issue if my suggestions don't work :( sorry

if any body knows can u plz share your knowledge can you please share it with me i would appreciate it very much:(

I know at a time like this one is very desperate, but anyone that has seen this post would of given any insight they might have. If you were able to install the proper drivers to flash the t-mobile kdz you should be able to flash the metro kdz. Other than that I don't know what to to tell you other than try to take it back and say it got stuck like that one day after powering it off..

i have been wondering if flashing an ics kdz would make it work since jb is already installed thats why wen i try to flash the v10d kdz it stops at 4% or so i have read that thats the reason...................................

Also wen I try to do the update recovery it just stays like this it doesn't even download at all:(:banghead:

When you plug in the phone does the computer make a beeping noise to show its connecting to a device? Does it try to automatically install any drivers on the pc when you connect?

I am also receiving this error where it hangs instead of downloading. Offline flash never completes (no matter which sets of drivers or Windows versions I attempt). I've tried XP, Vista, 7, and 8 with a multitude of combinations and LG driver versions.

Yes it does and it supposedly installed but after a certain amount of time it disconnects:/
