Root Need serous help!

Okay my phone is rooted and has ecplise and blue dream on it. Its stuck at the dual core technology boot, I have tried factory reset fast boot rebooting it taking the battery out, Nothing is working. Can someone PLEASE HELP me? please and thank you.
 
If none of the Bootstrap wipe/clear options can't get you into your phone, perform a nandroid restore. If you can't enter due to not having your phone in recovery mode, SBF to stock, root and install Bootstrap to perform the nandroid restore. And if you didn't create a nandroid backup, you'll have to start all over again from scratch, installing as much as you can from what you did backup.
