I was thinking of buying a high capacity battery for my HTC Desire Z and came across the below two links. Any suggestions?

I can't comment on those specifically, but my experience of 3rd Party batteries is that they don't really offer much more than stock.

If I had to choose, I'd probably go with the 2nd one. It's cheaper and it claims to have a higher capacity than the first.

Price wise, how do they compare to a proper HTC battery?

Proper HTC battery for Desire Z is 1300mAh.

However, I actually doubt the quality for these batteries as they don't seem to be from a branded manufacturer (atleast that I know of).

And my perception was that, higher the price better might be the quality. I might be wrong but I was so confused that I wanted to ask people who had better understanding about these products.
