OK so there's a few things i need answered and ill be set to go

First when useing the aosp i liked the widget lock screen and the status bar ux of there toggles and such where can i find that for touch wiz based ROMs

Second i have the aio gb27 mod can i flash that on gc01 ? Seeing how both are the basicly the same i.don't see a problem with it

Third what kernel would.any one recommended for gc01 ? I just want one to be able to flash and back up restore and such like that

And last but not least how would i get paranoid user interface on here as is on aosp ? I mean the whole settings as such ?

Please help I'm going crazy googling and binging my a ole off Lol

You should be able to use the AIO mod just make a nandroid first using a kernel like Agat's 1.3.0 (linked below)

For Kernels with recovery that works for TWJB either Agat's one or Garwynn's one will work fine.

The AIO gb27 mod works fine with gc01. The only issue I ran into which may be unrelated is mms not working. I replaced the stock mms app with the AOSP version and now it works perfectly.
