Root need some help booting into recovery

i flashed ruby and upon first start it force closed everything i could not even gain access to the phone i need to know how to manually boot into recovery to restore my last good config.

Hold the volume down key and then press the power key. Once the phone turns on, release the power key.

This will place you into recovery mode.

this will place you in bootloader, you will then need to use the volume key to select "recovery" and hit the power button to select it.
