Root need some help please !

so i installed a thunderstick rom , now i need to know how to pick up service from verizon lol im new to this flashing roms stuff ... can anyone help me please :)
 
i know i need to install a new radio but since this is stuck in activating phone the whole time i need to know how to do it without the rom manager
 
You need to flash the radio in hboot. Read THIS post

Also, HERE are all the current radios available and instructions on how to check the md5 sum to ensure you don't flash a bad file
