Root Need some help returning to stock.

I haven't been here in a while, but when I was floating around it rooted my inc and installed the leaked version of 2.2 after upgrading the radio. I followed the instructions here. (Howto: HTC Droid Incredible Leaked Froyo 2.2 Update - Technology - Jonamerica.com). I need to get this back to as stock as possible and have no idea how. (sorry I haven't been on this forum for a month or two.) Any help would be great.
