Help need some help, screen wont turn off

i have a DX, ran it stock for a few months and rooted it yesterday. but now my screen wont auto turn off. i need to do it myself ( button on the top )

im running set cpu, widget locker, and launcher pro are the only things major.

under settings>display its set for 15 seconds but it still doesnt do anything

anyone have any ideas?

have you recently downloaded any new apps that perhaps have permission to prevent the screen from sleeping?

2nd battery pull fixed it for whatever reason. ( i know i sound like customer support ha )

I don't know really how a rooted phone works so I'm not sure if this will help or not. I had the same problem you are describing and downloaded spare parts to see how the battery was working. Then I went into applications and closed apps that were running one at a time until the screen started to go dark and lock itself again.
