Need some help with my Galaxy SII apps

So recently I just got my SII rooted and now I really want to remove my orange apps and the screen. Looked through the whole internet and none of ways still work. Need some help. I am a total noob here lul

download root uninstaller. if u want to get rid of the orange tools or whatever its called u have to delete a system file

Oh! I would like help in this too! I want to delete the system apps from a french local provider. But I am a REAL noobie. What does rooting mean? Also, if I delete the these system apps, will anything go wrong?
