Root need some help

Hi guys i just reinstalled cyanogen mod 6.1.0 rc2 and did a app back up with titanium backup. It backed everything up but when i reinstalled them the items show up throughout the market as installed but not in my market in the downloaded section. Any idea how i can ge tthat to work. Dont even know if the apps need to be updated or not. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Also my market keeps forceclosing off and on. My bought apps are also perfect.

UPDATE:!!! REBOOTED PHONE AND APPS UPDATED. but MARKET still force closes and seem to be doing it quite a bit. any help would be appreciated.

When you did the back up did you do just apps or apps and data?

Also... in titanium back up theres something called the "Market Doctor" under menu -> more

Market Doctor can remake any broken Market links (only for apps that were backed up with the link in place)

(only in pro version though)
