Root Need some help

I have been reading the forums and doing search. I am adhd.
Here is my problem I rooted my incredible the other day using the new unrevoked method and the guides here to do it. I need to unroot my phone because it is going back to best buy. I have had a few issues with it. My phone has the slcd instead of the amoled.The unrooting guides I have seen has all been for the amoled screen. Is there any guides on here that has a clear cut method to unroot with my screen with out all of the jumbled mess of other comments? I have froyo instead of 2.1. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That's the correct way to unroot for all incredibles.
