K Guys, im trying to go back to stock with no root or anything just like it came out of the box :) but im having a problem with RUU. im on Harmonia Right now w/ root & Unlocked. i follow the directions on how to RUU/Unroot guide in here but its not helping :/ it gives me [error 104] & im going from version or firmware 1.14..... to 1.13...... so is that downgrading? can that be why is not letting me restore everything? i need some help guys. please !!! anythings good right now

When running the RUU, you need to relock the bootloader. But the error message, I don't know. I've never seen that before...I assume you have the correct drivers and whatnot installed?

I am having this exact same problem. is the RUU it gives me that error and says about downgrading from 1.14 to 1.13. i tried flashing using hboot flashing the PG85IMG.zip and it goes fine until it verifies and says: Main Version is older! Update Fail! When i try rebooting it just goes right back into fastboot which displays: ***RELOCKED***. If someone could help, it would be very much appreciated.

When running the ruu, go to your temp directory and try to find the firmware should be pgsomething.zip. That should be signed, so s-on users should be able to flash it. If anyone has that, please post it here. If not, if I have time after work, I can try to rip the ruu apart.

But why are you folks trying to go back to stock...? You can always flash a mostly stock Rom like power Rom, or jmz's rom.

Also, get your unlock.bin and flash it through fastboot again. Then flash a recovery. You should be able to get a booting phone that way

Thanks! I actually figured it out myself then. The reason I was going back to stock is because i thought i need to be stock to do s-off? then i was going to re-root and do the evo v to 3d so that i can install more roms

i have the pg86img.zip then i go to boootloader, it reads it & all but then stays there it doesnt reboot

If it finds it it will ask you to press volume up to accept the update, after the update you'll be asked to press the power button to reboot.

I did S-off while on JMZ stock rooted ROM, even though it specifically says his will not work. But it definitely saved me a lot of time doing it that way, and my phone is currently s-off running midnight rom :)

That's because your main version (mainver) got upgraded to 1.14 when the OTA firmware was flashed and you can't downgrade to an RUU with a lower mainver when S-ON.

Although the rom.zip file containing the RUU can be extracted from the RUU.exe, if it is modified it won't flash with S-ON because it needs to be signed.

The only way I know to downgrade mainver with S-ON is to flash the low value mainver zip from this post in recovery, then you should be able to flash the 1.13 RUU. Of course flashing that zip requires that you are rooted with a custom recovery.

You can check your current mainver value with the "fastboot getvar mainver" command.
