Need some pointers coming from Note 4

I haven't yet traded my Note 4 for the Droid Turbo, I wanted to know a few things.

1. Can I get a weather widget on the lock
2. Camera shortcut still on lockscreen? On lockscreen with lollipop I am assuming
3. 100% confirmed to get data use while on a call in the future?
4. how is screen on auto brightness? do you just leave it turned up all the way?
