Need step by step help!

I am a middle aged person that has no technology sense at all, usually my son or younger brother would set up my phones or laptops but both have since moved out of state. I just recently bought the Sprint Samsung Epic Galaxy S phone and the BlueAnt Q2 bluetooth and I can't get the voice commands to work. My phone is a 2.1 and not 2.2, some people have said I can get it to work if I download the froyo on my phone, I think I did but it's in another language. Please help step by step or let me know if it can be done.

i believe the galaxy S line of phones already have bluetooth voice commands via nuance so there should be no need to download froyo for that.

im assuming you already have the bluetooth synced with your phone?

Welcome to the Android Forums!

Assuming you have the headset and the phone paired, you would need to run a voice application on your phone. The voice regognition capabilities of the Blueant headset may or may not work depending on bluetooth profile compatibility issues between the handset and the phone.
