Need stock Rom file for LG Lucid

Hello everyone, I'm getting a Security Error message when I boot up my LG Lucid.

I already tried using the LG support tool and it gave my the following error at 19%, "LG Update Tool problem with communication between cell phone and PC." I tried Pulling out the battery and rebooting back into download with volume up/down power and it still didn't work.

I decided on trying the KDZ method posted by sammyz but when I tried downloading the stock ROM/firmware from the LG webpage link I got on another Thread from this Forum I got the following message,

"Forbidden

Your client is not allowed to access the requested object."

Could some kind soul please host the files somewhere else so I can get my phone up and running again, thank you.

Ok folks, there are literally 1001 posts already in the Root forum and the regular Lucid forum that go into gory detail about what to do. Do we have a mod here? We really need to organize things and get some stickies and update the wiki.

I found the file at last in the reserved rom thread.. mods can lock/delete this thread and someone should sticky the previous mentioned thread or post a link in the All Things Rooted Guide thread, thanks.
