need the documentation please

Hi. I have a gti550 its rooted, i can push/pull, chmod/chown
but i want to learn more. Where can I find extensive help files, similar to info or man pages? Also adb commands, I have this
C:\android-sdk\docs\guide\developing\tools\adb.html
but i'd like more detail about the mount/remount command etc.

thanks for the reply. Yes i have those pages offline version and a few pages from xda.deveopers but the detail is sparse. I have some info on toolbox, busybox but any links to good sites with more info and detailed examples would be great.
