Need to restore a widget

I accidentally trashed my clock/weather widget on the home screen when I was trying to pull down the status bar and cannot find where to put it back from.

Please help me and tell me where I can restore this from.

I have looked at everything I can think of on the Add Widget screen and nothing seems to be the right one.

Your help would greatly be appreciated.

lol, for future reference, when all else fails, clear data in sense under the manage applications menu.
