just flash the sbf file. if you have 2.2ota, then use the 2.2 full sbf. if you never got 2.2 ota, then use the 2.1 sbf. go to the rootzwiki site for the files and instructions

everything is erased. the phone is like when you bought it when you flash the sbf. If you want to backup your apps to move to your new phone, use something like Titanium Backup

I have TiBackup. So I'll just backup my apps to my SD card, then put the old SD card in the new phone, then just restore my apps?

So if your rooted with the 2.2 OTA. Do you first have to unroot it inorder to do the 2.2 full sbf flash. I ask because I'm having trouble setting setcpu it not recognizing the app as an SU app and I have tried everything other than fully flashing phone.
