Root Need to unroot

Warp 4g started freezing and showing a white screen with tiny dots, only had it three months so I am sending it back to zte. Need to unroot?

You should return it to stock if you are sending it back. You can flash the unmodified stock rom and stock recovery to make it happen. Both are found here.

edit: make sure you flash the rom first so you still have cwm to flash stock recovery.

One question... if I am only rooted...no cwm...never flash anything...only super user...couldn't I just do a factory restore?

I am not sure, I have never left stock recovery on a device. You could try it

nope factory reset only resets data but root installs in system

Using root browser or any root file explorer delete these files

/system/xbin/su and /system/app/superuser.apk

Flash a RUU (Rom utility update) ity will completely reset the phone and leave no traces of nodding or rooting.

No cwm...will remove super user file than factory restore. Someone has stock recovery I believe.

You can flash it in fastboot mode on the bootloader
