Need USB internet connection

Not sure what you call it, but I'm looking for a way to get internet to my phone via my PC's USB.

I don't get any 3G signal from my desk at work, and this solution would be perfect.

Any suggestions?
 
What you're trying to do is called tethering. You might want to try apps such as Klink or Pdanet.

Nope, you have it backwards. I need to get internet to my phone from the PC - phone has no data signal. CM10 for HTC has this option, so is this something that would need to be developed for the Victory?
